1- ALL MATERIALS MUST BE ACCLIMATED UNDER AIR CONDITIONING BEFORE INSTALLATION.

2 - IF A WRITTEN MEASUREMENT IS PROVIDED, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL MATERIALS OR SERVICES NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB.FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY,WE DO NOT PAINT WALLS OR DISSAMBLE OR ASSEMBLE CLOSETS.

3 - ANY LEFT OVER MATERIALS ARE THE PROPERTY OF PURCHASER AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

4 - CASH AND CARRY SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP. FREIGHT CHARGES APPLY

5 - WITH OUT EXCEPTION ALL CUSTOMERS SHALL MAKE FULL PAYMENT ON ANY BALANCE DUE ON MATERIALS UPON NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL.

6 - FOR DIRECT SHIPPING TO JOB SITE (ONLY MATERIAL) FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TO DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP ONE WEEK BEFORE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS.FREIGHT CHARGES APPLY

7 - ANY RETURNED CHECK WILL BE CHARGED A S 50.00 FEE OR THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWABLE BY LAW. ANY OVERDUE BALANCES WILL BE CHARGED 1.5% INTEREST PER MONTH.

8 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP DOES NOT PROVIDE MANUFACTURING WARRANTIES; IT ONLY ASSISTS IN THE CLAIM PROCESS. IT IS THE MANUFACTURER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HONOR VALID CLAIMS.

9 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER INSTALLATION BY CUSTOMER AND/OR BY A THIRD PARTY HIRED BY CUSTOMER. PLEASE FOLLOW MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE VALIDITY OF APPLICABLE WARRANTIES. ALL INSTALLERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, NOT EMPLOYEES, AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR WORK. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN FULL OR IF A CHARGE BACK IS ATTEMPTED, ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE VOIDED AND ANY CLAIM PROCESSING WILL BE SUSPENDED. KEEP AIR CONDITIONING ON AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID EXCESSIVE HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE AND TO PREVENT YOUR WARRANTIES FROM BEING VOIDED

10 - THE DEPOSIT GIVEN WITH THIS ORDER IS TO INDUCE THE COMPANY TO PLACE SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE SPECIFICALLY FOR CLIENT.THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. “ALL SALES ARE FINAL”

11 - BY SIGNING THE SALES ORDER (INVOICE), YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE MERCHANDISE AND QUANTITIES DESCRIBED

12 - MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAKER AND WILL BE HANDLED ACCORDING TO THEIR WARRANTIES AND PROCEDURES.

13 - IN NO EVENT WILL A CLAIM OF ANY KIND BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT THE FULL PAYMENT AND THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

14 - THE PURCHASER AGREES TO PAY IN THE EVENT THE ACCOUNT BECOMES DELIQUENT AND IS TURNED OVER TO AN ATTORNEY FOR COLLECTION,REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, PLUS ALL ATTENDANT COLLECTION COSTS AND AGREES THAT IN THE EVENT THAT SUIT IS FILLED VENUE WILL BE IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY.

15 - THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING ADEQUATE LIGHT AND ELECTRICAL POWER AS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR TIMELY EXECUTION.

16 - WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR MATERIALS DIRECTLY SHIPPED TO THE JOB SITE OT TO FREIGHT FOWARDER, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND THE RECEIVING OF THE MATERIAL.

17 - IF FOR ANY REASON ANY MATERIAL IS ON BACK ORDER AFECTING INSTALLATION OR DELIVERY, DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MATTER, NO DISCOUNTS APPLY, NO CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ACCEPTED.

18 - WE DO NOT LEVEL ANY TYPE OF SUBFLOOR, IT IS CUSTOMER RESPONSABILTY. OUR INSTALLER BEFORE ANY JOB WILL INSPECT THE SUBFLOOR AND IF SOMETHIMG IS WRONG, WE WIIL NOT START THE INSTALLATION UNTIL SUBFLOOR IS FIXED OR CUSTOMER APPROVE TO INSTALL AS IS.

19 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ON THE WALL WHEN WE ARE TAKING OUT OLD BASEBOARD TO BE REPLACED OR TO BE REINSTALL, ALSO ON THE NEW OR ON THE REINSTALLATION CAN BE GAPS BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND BASEBOARDS.

20 - IF FOR SOME REASON INSTALLER HAS TO CUT ANY DOOR THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

21- NATURAL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO VARIATION IN SHADE, COLOR AND TEXTURE

22 - LOST WORK DAY CAUSED BY CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO $ 200 MINIMUM TRIP CHARGE

23 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO FURNITURE, EQUIPMENTS, APPLIANCES, RUGS AND ELECTRONICS WHEN MOVED BY CUSTOMER REQUEST.

24 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY HIDDEN WIRING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: BURGLAR ALARMS, STEREO ALARMS, STEREO OR VIDEO CABLES.

25 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO MIRRORED WALLS.

26 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF EXISTINGS WINDOW TREATMENTS.

27- DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS WITH MATERIALS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER.

28 - SOUNDPROOFING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONDOMINIUM SUBFLOORS AND ITS APPROVAL IS CUSTOMERS ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY.

29 - DEPOSIT FOR CONDOMINIUM IS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.

30 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP INFORMS THAT IT WOULD NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS RESULTING FROM DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS INSTALLED (IF PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE DO NOT INSTALL)

31- IF FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE MOVED ALL ITEMS INSIDE THE FURNITURE NEED TO BE REMOVED BEFORE THE JOB STARTS (ALL ELECTRONICS ITEM ETC….)

32 - BUILDING AND CITY PERMITS: ALL PAPER WORK CONCERNS TO CUSTOMERS MUST BE FILL OUT BY THEM, ALSO WHEN INSPECTIONS ARE SCHEDULED OWNER OR REPRESENTATIVE OF THE OWNER MUST BE AT JOB SITE.

33 - IF FOR SOME REASON WE CANNOT FINISH THE INSTALLATION OF THE AREA DESCRIBED ON THE INVOICE, CUSTOMER HAS TO WALK THRU THE FLOOR INSTALLED AND SIGN THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THAT IS FREE OF SCRATCHES AND PAY THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT OF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE INSTALLED LEAVING THE BALANCE NOT INSTALLED UNTIL WE FINISH IT.

34 - DORAL HARDWOOD FLOOR USA CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANK SIZES OR THE AMOUNT BOARDS THAT COMES FOR EACH LENGTHS IN THE BOXES OR VARIATION IN COLOR (THE PACKAGING IS DONE BY THE FATORY)
